Your Four-Step Path to ROTATE™ Accreditation
Online Pre-Assessment
Complete a short entry assessment based on your current expertise. This places you into the most efficient Specialization Track for your 60 hours of online learning.
60-Hour Online Specialization
Self-paced video modules, led by our founding team. You focus heavily on the skills you currently lack, ensuring full coverage of solo, partner, and safety theory.
Demo Submission & Review
Applicants submit a demo lesson video and a presentation on core methodology. This step ensures technical mastery and pedagogical understanding before the final in-person commitment.
2-Day (12-Hour) On-Premise Immersion
The final, mandatory capstone. Two days of intensive integration, cue mastery, live teaching practice, Q&A with the founders, and the official Accreditation Acceptance Exam.
Level 1 Validity and Promotion Criteria
Upon passing the 2-Day On-Premise Immersion, you receive a Temporary Certificate (valid for 14 months).
To achieve the full 36-Month Level 1 Certified Instructor status, you must:
- Successfully hold an accredited ROTATE™ event or class series with documented attendance of at least 60 unique dancers within the 14-month temporary period. (Up to 4 ROTATE™ Certified Instructors may be accounted for per event.)
- Attendance is verified through the purchase records of the Official Student Medal Program.
This structure ensures all our certified instructors gain practical experience implementing the ROTATE™ methodology in large-scale social dance settings.
Advanced Certification Progression
(Levels 2 & 3)
Elevate your status based on sustained experience and proven success in implementing the ROTATE™ curriculum.
Level 2 Certified Instructor
- Minimum of 24 months of active teaching experience post-Level 1 full certification.
- Successfully hosted and documented at least 3 accredited ROTATE™ events (each meeting the 60-dancer minimum, verified via medal records). (Up to 6 ROTATE™ Certified Instructors may be accounted for per event.)
Level 3 Master Instructor
- Minimum of 36 months of active teaching experience post-Level 1 full certification.
- Successfully hosted and documented at least 6 accredited ROTATE™ events (each meeting the 60-dancer minimum, verified via medal records). (Up to 6 ROTATE™ Certified Instructors may be accounted for per event.)
Official Student Medal Program
A premium reward system for students participating in your ROTATE™ accredited events, serving as the official attendance metric.
$20 USD per medal
The flat price of $20 includes shipping via FedEx (DDU) and extensive customization. The medal itself is etched with the Country Flag, while the customized ribbon is printed with the Studio Name and Event Date (Month/Year).
This program acts as the official student attendance metric for Level 1 certification maintenance and progression to Level 2/3. Medals are available exclusively to fully certified ROTATE™ instructors.

Your track emphasizes Solo Mechanics (Rhythm, Groove, Flow, Micro-Moves). Master the 25–40 quick-draw solo basics from Street Styles and learn how to seamlessly integrate them into partner timing (groove 7-8).
